How to play this build

For easier content or just better-feeling mobbing, swap out the Fire Brand set for Bravery set.

  • Truly Deadly Arson : A stat-stick weapon. You just hold it while burning things and it passively increases your Continuous Damage ratios.
    • If the weapon is being used for Backdraft build, replace the Grappling Hook cooldown core with Fire Rate core.
  • Secret Garden : For better mobility. Equip it during platforming areas where the decreased Grappling Hook cooldown core comes in handy.
  • Voltia : For content where enemies have Firearm bubble shields.

Classic Chef replaces your Skill 3 Flamethrower with being able to summon pillars of fire from your Flame Zones to deal a burst of damage. Overlapping Flame Zones on an enemy by repeatedly spamming Skill 1 on them will result in effectively stacking Skill 3 damage.

Be wary of more mobile enemies and bosses as they can easily escape your stacks of Flame Zones.

Very simple but satisfying build to use for mobbing. It's a lot less reliable when it comes to dealing against Bosses compared to Flame-Grilled Special, but it is slightly faster for just flying through dungeons.
