This build works better in groups because it requires a lot of windup time for skills to take effect. It's also the reason why I take Dangerous Ambush, but you could easily replace that with Spear and Shield instead.
That being said, it's also a comfortable Solo build against Infernal Walker (~45s clear) as it can face tank pretty much every attack.
On spawn, build Delight to full using Skill 1. Get in position to hit the boss with Skill 4 (note that you cannot aim it vertically and the trajectory of the spear is set upon casting the skill, so be careful not to miss), then immediately start charging Skill 3 and hit the boss with its max charged damage. At that point, you should already have maximum stacks of Chill Brand, which you can then activate Skill 2 to deal some decent chip damage against the boss.
TL;DR You're basically just spamming Skill 3 and 4 as much as possible, and hit the enemy with Skill 2 after every Skill 4 for some extra damage.
