While on water, increases Movement Speed and recovers Shield and MP. Puddles created by skills are also considered water. When hitting an enemy with Laundry a certain number of times or more with a skill creates a Splash. Applies a Cooldown after creating a Splash and deals damage to enemies standing in the Splash. Increases DMG as Max MP increases.
