Here are the major issues that were found for The First Descendant in February.
We will continually update this notice with any additional issues and bugs that are found, as well as any impactful issues identified before February. Please keep track of the updates during your gameplay.
[February 26th]
■ (#13) An issue where the number of times Void Erosion Purge Stage 10 is cleared is not reflected in the Count for the HQ Special Order “Erosion Purge Operation”
- Until this issue is fixed, you can progress this Special Order by clearing Void Erosion Purge Stages 1–9.
[February 18th]
■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the sub-quest “Disseminating Response Policy to the Void Anomalies” required to unlock Void Erosion Purge: Normal does not begin
- Until this issue is fixed, please start the “Disseminating Response Policy to the Void Anomalies” quest by completing the following sub-quests in sequence:

■ (#12) (Resolved) Fix for the issue where the “Smile Neon Green” Paint was sold in the ETA-0 Shop and Item Distribution
- An issue was identified where the “Smile Neon Green” Paint was available for purchase in the ETA-0 Shop during the following period: Jan 15, 2026 (Thu) 23:00 – Jan 19, 2026 (Mon) 22:59 PST
- This item is intended to be obtainable only as a Chzzk Drops reward, and it has been corrected so that it will no longer be sold in the ETA-0 Shop.
- For Descendants who purchased the “Smile Neon Green” Paint from the ETA-0 Shop, the item was retrieved and an “ETA Voucher” was delivered via in-game mail during the maintenance from Feb 4, 2026 (Wed) to Feb 5, 2026 (Thu).
ㄴ Additionally, as compensation for the issue, 3 Rainbow Paint Selection Boxes were also provided.

■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where Dia’s “Avalanche” skill cooldown is incorrectly displayed in the tooltip
- This issue will be fixed in Patch 1.3.20, and the actual skill cooldown has been changed to 40 seconds.
■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the Battle Pass Daily Challenges are not displayed for some Descendants
- We have identified an issue where the Battle Pass Daily Challenge list was not displayed for Descendants who logged in between PST 2026.02.10 (Tue) 23:00 and 2026.02.11 (Wed) 22:59.
- Please note that the Daily Challenge list will display normally after PST 2026.02.12 (Thu) 23:00.- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and will be providing Battle Pass EXP 260,000 to all Descendants as compensation.- Please note that the compensation will be distributed upon logging into the game after Patch 1.3.20.
■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the sub-quest “A Certain Prologue,” required to unlock the Void Intercept Battle “Hanged Man,” does not start
- Until this issue is fixed, you can begin the quest “A Certain Prologue” by completing the following sub-quests in sequence:

- These items are only available for purchase to Descendants created after January 28, 2026 (Wed) 21:00 PST. Descendants created before this time are not eligible to purchase them.
- This issue will be fixed in Patch 1.3.20 so that the items can no longer be viewed through the ‘Customize > Descendant Skin’ menu path.

■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the Traction Range value displayed in the tooltip for Dia’s “Avalanche” skill differs from the actual applied Traction Range
- We have identified an issue where the Traction Range value displayed in the tooltip for Dia’s “Avalanche” skill does not match the actual applied Traction Range.
■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the description of Dia’s “Chill Brand” Transcendent Module is not displayed in languages other than Korean
■ (#12) (Resolved) An issue where the “Strike Target” effect does not apply when Jayber attacks monsters using the Unique Ability of “King’s Guard Lance” after equipping the “Kill Chain” module
- We have identified an issue where the “Strike Target” effect does not apply when Jayber attacks monsters using the Unique Ability of “King’s Guard Lance” after equipping the “Kill Chain” module.

- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.19.
[February 9th]
■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue Where Attached Items Are Not Displayed in Mail When Claiming After Completing a Vehicle Research via the Companion App
- An issue has been identified where attached items are not displayed in the mail when claiming rewards via the Companion App after completing a Vehicle research.
- Items can be claimed normally by using the “Acquire All Attached Items” button.
- Until this issue is fixed, please use the method above to receive your items.
■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue Where Mastery Rank 12 Descendants Cannot Participate in the Battlefield Support Operation (Boost Path)
- An issue has been identified where Descendants with Mastery Rank 12 are unable to participate in the Battlefield Support Operation (Boost Path).
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.19.
- Descendants who were Mastery Rank 12 at the time of the Update 1.3.18 will also be eligible to participate in the Battlefield Support Operation (Boost Path).

- When Gley’s “Exo Knight” skin is equipped, the Descendant “Lepic” is displayed in the lobby, and Gley’s character model does not appear properly in-game.

- We have identified an issue where the Unique Ability description for ‘Clairvoyance’ is missing information stating that ‘Frozen Spear’ does not apply Critical Hit Damage and only applies Multi-Hit Damage.
■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue where Dia’s Custom Resource recovery and consumption amount are not affected by increase/decrease effects
- We have identified an issue where Dia’s exclusive resource, ‘Delight’, is not affected by Recovery increase effects from modules such as the Ultimate Module ‘Potent Collector’, nor by Arche Tuning effects that increase or decrease Custom Resource consumption.
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.19.

■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue where the HP and DEF of the Commander ‘Underwater Base Dia’ in the Season 3 Episode 3 main quest ‘Real and Fake’ are set lower than intended, resulting in shorter combat
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.19.
■ (#3)(Resolved) An issue where the feature to visit other Descendants’ Lounges is unavailable– This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Patch 1.3.19.
[February 2nd]
■ (#1)(Resolved) An issue where in content with leaderboard records, if a party member leaves after entering as a party but before the countdown ends, the record is counted based on the remaining number of party members
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed in Update 1.3.18.
- Records that were listed on the leaderboard due to abnormal behavior will be excluded. After the adjustment, Descendants who meet the revised criteria will be able to receive their rewards.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. As compensation, 1 Crystallization Catalyst will be granted.
- The compensation will be granted to all Descendants who log in during the period from after maintenance on February 5, 2026 (Thu) to February 18, 2026 (Wed) at 22:59 (PST).
[Previous Known Issues]
■ (#1)(Resolved) An issue where Reaching Level 400 Is Not Possible When Purchasing the Premium Battle Pass
- An issue has been identified where Descendants are unable to reach Level 400 even after earning all available EXPs after purchasing the Premium Battle Pass.
- This issue was caused by an unintended design oversight that was not identified during operations. To prevent this from occurring again, we have thoroughly reviewed and adjusted the overall experience and level structure for Season 3 Episode 3.
- We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As compensation, 300 Bonus Coins will be granted to all Descendants who purchased the Season 3 Episode 2: Assemble Premium Battle Pass.
- The compensation will be distributed on February 9 (Mon) and can be used in the newly launched Battle Pass.
■ (#1)(Resolved) An issue where the maximum stack count is displayed incorrectly in the ‘Kill Chain’ trigger module tooltip
- The incorrect maximum stack display will be corrected with the 1.3.18 update.
■ (#1)(Resolved) An issue where some effects were missing from the “Explosive Drone” skill tooltip when Enzo’s Transcendent Module “Compressed Bullet” was equipped in languages other than Korean
- We have identified an issue where the description “Using the skill reloads the firearm in use” was missing from the “Explosive Drone” skill tooltip when Enzo’s “Compressed Bullet” module was equipped.
■ (#1)(Resolved) An issue where some effects were missing from the passive skill tooltips of Ultimate Yujin’s Transcendent Modules “Proliferating Allergy” and “Battlefield Medic”
- We have identified an issue where the passive skill tooltips of the Transcendent Modules “Proliferating Allergy” and “Battlefield Medic” did not display the description “Revive speed for allies in the DBNO state is increased.”
■ (#7)(Resolved) An issue where Sharen's 'Rabbit Game' body skin dye is not applied to certain parts
■ Intel CPU Issue
- Crashes have been reported on some Intel 13th and 14th generation CPUs.
- On PCs using these CPUs, the game may forcefully shut down with an error message stating 'Out of video memory' when launched.
This issue can be partially resolved by adjusting power limits in the BIOS.
- We are awaiting a response from Intel regarding this issue, and we are sharing Intel's official response for your reference.
■ Temporary solutions for client termination issues with certain antivirus Programs
- We have requested for exceptions for The First Descendant to antivirus programs, but some have not been implemented. Below are temporary solutions for this problem.
(1) ‘Bitdefender’ Temporary Solution [FAQ]
- Go to System Protection > Advanced Threat Detection (ATD) > Manage Exclusions menu, select the file or folder for The First Descendant, and save.
(2) ‘McAfee Agent’ Temporary Solution [FAQ]
- Go to McAfee Security > Navigation > Quarantined and Trusted Items, select TheFirstDescendant.exe from the quarantined programs list, and restore it.
■ Solutions for ‘Easy Anti-Cheat’ not functioning correctly
